Placing and routing the PCB is only a part of the requirement  - designing it to be free from errors and potential manufacturing pitfalls forms an important part of the whole process. Our CAD software suite permits error checking at all important stages of the PCB design cycle.

The Cadstar PCB layout software permits width and spacing constraints to be applied to different routes and height constraints in various areas of the board. Errors will automatically be highlighted and can then be corrected.

Any critical routes can be checked using Cadstar SI or Hyperlynx to verify signal integrity in terms of crosstalk effects or reflection or impedance mismatch problems. 

After the completed design has been post-processed the Gerber files are then checked against the original net-list to ensure integrity of the data throughout.
