initial enquiries to final invoicing, our entire
administrative system is captured in our bespoke database. The
quality module details any issues which may arise, from initial customer
contact through to any corrective action procedures.
Detailed
reports and analysis can be returned to our customers for
verification prior to implementation. Quality sensitive
issues are linked to the design number and are carried
through each iteration of the board ensuring complete
visibility throughout the entire project.
Our designers use the system to log on to and off of the design procedures. Our monthly analysis can highlight
the more time consuming areas, enabling us to apply intelligent
efficiency plans.
On design completion, a report is generated detailing the
time spent on each stage. Also, a copy is made available for
the customer, who will only be invoiced for the time spent,
to a maximum of
